to change the logo, add your logo to styles/Vista/imageset/en/logo/

Logos are  located in the imageset language folders to allow different logos for 
all installed languages. If you use only one logo, upload it to all installed languages
eg...   styles/Vista/imageset/en/logo/
           styles/Vista/imageset/de/logo/


sorry, the rules is not a mod that is editable from the acp. 
To edit the rules, you must manually edit Vista/template/rules.html. 
I added it by request from a few of my members.
